At Nadia Miah, we have a 14 day refund policy but please note this is not a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the results from the product. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, kindly email/send proof of the damaged item.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: 12 Rooley Croft, Bradford West Yorkshire, BD6 1FA. You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending on your location. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Items must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery from the date your order is placed.

If you have any allergies, please contact us for ingredient information before placing your order or consult with your specialist. Once items are purchased, our no refund policy applies.
